"This is not a hostel. It is a homeless shelter and should not be advertised on Expedia.
There are no on site staff to sign you in. It is done via camera and tv. The place is not clean and there are no amenities. The pictures used show a social area with young backpackers but this is definitely how the building is now. "

"Very basic and rundown. Aircon in room did nothing other than blow (no cooling). Fan was OK on its own. Lucky that we did not have any really hot days. Chair seat cover was torn. No toiletries provided (not even a small piece of soap). Mattress was fairly comfortable. Quality is not good, but it is cheap and well located. If all that you need is somewhere to sleep, then it is OK for the money. "

"The booked room was not available and a substitute room was supplied. Should have asked for a refund
The bathroom and shower was mouldy, Cockroaches ran across the floor when the door opened
Hot water to the shower took 9 minutes to appear on two separate occasions.
The curtains covered brick walls.
