"We absolutely loved staying here. The views though out the property where stunning, whether it be the views of the mountain from the window or the restored brewery at night soaking in the fire pit. The atmosphere was always fantastic and the staff were friendly. Was a fantastic weekend away, highly recommend. "

"When we arrived, we found our room full of dead bugs and filthy in other ways. The bathroom shower curtain had red mould, the glass door was filthy and the rug had some kind of stain. When we looked under the bed, rubbish had obviously been swept there to be hidden. We asked to be moved to a cleaner room, and this was accomodated, however, the new room was not much better. "Mould, so much mould. Air conditioning vent taped up so no air flow except for a floor fan provided. Chair provided looked like someone went to the toilet on it, dessk scratched up. No car parking because there is construction right next door (where the parking is shown in the provided photos) also no mention about the construction site at all. Only one working lock on the door: safety chain couldn't be latched. Deadlock can be rekeyed to allow the same key to be used on it and the actual door...
