"The hotel located right beside the river, it has a great view of the mountains and river from the room. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. They speak both Mandarin and English. Highly recommend to rent a electric scooter(just right beside the hotel, and the staff will help you to get a good deal), it’s really difficult to find a car at night time around that area."

"很新的酒店，暴露的缺點很多，停車場潮濕陰暗，房間廁所非常的臭，應該不會是我們來住才發生的，可見房務人員沒有確實的做好準備工作。雖然最後要更換低樓層給我，已經是三更半夜了，連續聞到臭氣沖天的房間，還是三十年來第一次在希爾頓發生。"

"We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was absolutely fantastic and a testament to the hotel. Nothing was too much effort for her and she made our stay very enjoyable. Secondly, the breakfast was very average in terms of quality of food and service. I would expect much better from a five star property. Finally, there was a terrible paint fumes smell at the swimming pool on the final day of our stay. Other guests also commented on this."

"需要住4晚，轻松游张家界，所以很仔细地挑选酒店。没有让我失望，这是非常棒的酒店，位置好极了，就在森林公园东门门口，公园出口紧挨酒店，所以每天出入公园几乎不怎么用走。酒店附近500米以内有很多很好的歺馆，小超市，是个超级方便的地方。酒店是个封闭式中式风格院落，非常安静安全，客房设计新颖别致，禅艺风格，智能化控制，非常方便。早歺丰富好吃，全面管家式服务，酒店每一个人，从店长，前台，到歺厅吧台，客房，都服务周到真诚，让人真的有宾至如归之感觉。价格虽有些小贵，但是下次来张家界，这里仍然是我的首选，也真心推荐给其他朋友，张家界国家森林公园最佳位置酒店，没有之一。"

"環境很好，離市區景點近，晚上在酒店訂了遊兩江四湖，酒店裡有免費提供的飲品和水果在櫃檯旁無限取用，管家很棒很親切，還有微信的專屬管家，隨時能在線服務。頂樓露台和無邊際泳池一定得去一趟，傍晚太美了，怎麼拍怎麼美的！ 🚢 夜遊核心亮點 日月雙塔：位於杉湖，金銀兩塔在夜色中交相輝映，是遊船行程中最著名的地標。 各式名橋：景區內有 19 座各具特色的橋樑，如仿巴黎凱旋門、仿舊金山金門大橋等，夜間會亮起七彩燈光。 民俗表演：航行途中可見「漁火秀」，觀賞漁民與魚鷹（鸕鶿）配合捕魚的千年非遺技藝。 總之～都很棒！還有小孩專屬的遊樂區唷！ 推薦五顆星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"The hotel was great. The staff are so unbelievably helpful and lovely. Whoever the owner is should do all they can to keep the staff they have, they are nothing short of fantastic. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner once too and we were really happy. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the free shuttle in the evening to town. We walked back twice but it was also easy to get a Didi taxi. Highly recommend this place."
