“Everything was good. Quiet, clean, good bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, but the forks and spoons were turned up in a cup so that you couldn’t grab one without touching the others where a person would put it in their mouths.”

“I came in before scheduled check in to see if by chance there was a clean room. There wasn't, but the front desk agent was very kind and as I sat in the lobby would give me updates. She also apologized like it was her fault I was early. So kind!”
