「Anjay var meget hyggelig og hjelpsom, svarte raskt på alle henvendelser og ga ekstra nyttig informasjon om severdigheter, butikker, ATM og restauranter i nærheten. 「Colonel's Retreat isn't a fancy hotel with a pool. It's in a safe & quiet residential area and it has a "soul". The rooms are a good size, excellent shower and very comfy bed. The staff are lovely, they even when we had an early train offered a takeaway breakfast. They also organised all our pickups and drop offs very efficiently. 「Decent apartments but poorly managed and few amenities. We reached the property address as per the booking but were told to go to a different location. Cutlery was limited and old. No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. 」

「No WiFi, but rude staff. They charge for one bottle of water, and that too 100% more than the market rate. It is best not to rely on Hotels.com ; you should check out hotels before putting them up. Till then I would not give you a zero but a minus.」
