“excellent service front desk really friendly the only thing my ac wasn’t working but I didn’t use it. and the room phone wasn’t working either everything else excellent exciting to go back”

“Just a big gap under the door about an inch but other than that everything was pretty good.”

“The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs……

“We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not……

“Nice quantity room... breakfast was alright, the pool was small.. but people were very nice and kind.”

“The AC leaked all over everything and they gave no refund and couldn’t move me rooms”

“The pool is closed for maintenance they say but it just seems to be empty with no water. The floor in our room was sticky and there was a q tip on the floor. The gfi didn't work so you couldn't use thr plug by the sink. Seems to be mainly people living there monthly. Someone knocked on our window in the middle pf the night so at that point we decided to check out early”

“It was a great place to stay, warm, historic and unique. Very walkable to the river.”

“Room was clean nice to have the option of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Restaurant was not good at all. Staff were very helpful.”

“The staff (particularly 2 ladies working the afternoon-evening shift) were extremely helpful in setting us up with handicapped parking for the 2 nights we were there. We had to unexpectedly cancel for 1 night, and they were also helpful in seeing this through for us. We were very happy with our stay.”

“Wife and I booked a room for one night. We were very disappointed with our stay. We mainly picked this property because of recent reviews and was one of very few hotels that had a hot tub. The pool is very tiny and every noise a young kid makes echos all throughout the pool area. The pool is in a desperate need of a cleaning. It is disgusting looking how dirty the sides and floor is. The hot tub was a complete joke. It was cold. Doors have to be slammed to shut so be prepared to be up half the……

“The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well).”
