Property was as described with a better than expected review. Only minor gripe is some of the games need TLC. Great location for families that need a little separation. Superb location that is convenient to everything on the south end of the lake. We hope to be back!

Great property

Lovely location, close to town, quiet neighborhood and beautiful backyard views. Clean, plenty of room and lots of fun for the kids. We had 3 families in one house and it was very comfortable.

Excellent Stay!

This house was perfect for our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and the main rooms were awesome and big enough for our whole family to gather. The views were beautiful! Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous & Fun Home

This property is in an excellent location. The view off of the back deck is unbeatable. The 3 stories lent themselves to many activities ranging from rest to play without disturbing others. There was nothing we didn't like!

Very nice house

We had a great stay celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family. The house was very clean and in a good location. We had a few minor requests for things that weren’t working properly and got an instant response and remedy. We liked that there are 3 floors where we could spread out.

Great Place For Groups

Wonderful place to stay. Had a large group of friends for a ski vacation in Tahoe. Everyone felt very comfortable and relaxed at the house. It was perfect for a large group of 10+ people. Sheets and beds were very soft, great TVs, kitchen appliances and utensils. Living room was perfect for group dinners and we had a ton of fun with all the games in the house!

Great South Lake Tahoe home

Our group of 5 adults stayed at Meadow View Estate for a business retreat. The home was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The home was super clean, well stocked, and had great entertainment amenities. The location was perfect for us - great views from the house and the decks as well as convenient to South Lake Tahoe activities. The host was incredibly responsive throughout the reservation and stay.

Wedding gathering

We were gathered for our daughters wedding. We had siblings and children - a total of 10 people. We represented 6 different states all together under one roof. It was wonderful. We loved the house and the deck over the bird sanctuary was a hit. We loved watching the wildlife. The games and spaces were just right. We would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Our Favorite Tahoe Home

This is our second year staying at this beautiful home. Great view, well stocked kitchen and very clean. A very exciting addition is the second fridge in the garage. Helps so much with our larger group. We did have some problems this year. The dryer stopped working halfway through. They removed the old gas dryer and delivered a new electric dryer but they were unable to upgrade the electric panel and put in the outlet by the time we left. We didn't plan on not being able to wash. So laundrymat and some hand washing interrupted our stay. Another problem was the internet. Part of the problem was the house connection and part was the local maintenance. For those who were working remotely they needed to go somewhere else to get their work done. This won't change us from renting again but they did make our stay more difficult. Because of these interruptions we gave 3 stars

A great place to stay!!

Beautiful house with all the amenities! A group of 13 + infant had lots of space. Great location with beautiful views. Kitchen was well equipped with any appliance you could ask for. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend with friends

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. It was wonderful. We had a total of 13 people stay at the house and there was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was great and had tons of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware. We did have a small incident with the oven not working for a little bit. But communication with the property manager was prompt. Ended up fixing it ourselves but nice to know the response time was quick. The jacuzzi was awesome! Game room was awesome. Overall an amazing stay!

The main issue was the CLEANLINESS! Bed sheets and towels had stains and there was a significant amount of dust/spider webs around the interior and all the deck furniture. It looks like the cleaning was either rushed or not done at all before check in at 4 PM. Also, half of the game room equipment was broken/damaged. We expected better attention to detail from the high cost rental.

A great vacation rental!

This is a great place! We enjoyed all the games and comfort this placed offered us! The snow made for a beautiful view from the back windows. We even had someone shovel our driveway for us which was a nice surprise! Would definitely rent this place again!

Fabulous House

Can’t say enough good things about this place. First of all, location was perfect - very close to parks, Heavenly, restaurants etc. Hiking trail heads were anywhere from 15 minutes to 25 minutes away. - and a few short neighborhood ones nearby. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely view overlooking a meadow. Beds were all comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. We had 3 generations from infant to grandparents. The layout of the house was great for multiple family units as each family unit could have a floor to themselves, so lots of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. There are several porches for people to go enjoy and sit outside for morning coffee, meaningful conversations and just spending some time in peace and quiet. Lots of fun games for the kids to do during down time at the house. The management was immediately responsive to our requests. There are lots of stairs in this house (which is normal for hilly/mountainous terrain) so be advised if you have mobility issues or you have toddlers. Fortunately they provided several baby gates. Overall fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this vacation home for our annual family trip

It's been years since we have stayed in South Lake Tahoe and this Vacation home was a perfect fit for our family! From the quiet private neighborhood to the separate floors for each families bedrooms and the large open gathering space and kitchen it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the large kitchen table was used every night for dinner. Every morning and night we were all drawn to the deck to enjoy the scenery and watch the birds in the pond. This home is a jewel! We have already booked for next year! Only complaint is the refrigerator is not big enough for a large group. A garage fridge is needed.

Family Reunion

The location and the home were beautiful. The view was fantastic. The accommodations met our family's needs. Some suggestions: some of the windows really needed coverings as the sun glared in, some of the windows and screens were dirty and the kitchen needed a broom (Broom broken), dish towels and a crock pot would have been very handy. otherwise our stay was very nice, and we had a wonderful time while at Lake Tahoe.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neiborhood.

This property was ideal for the ski group and was very close to the Heavenly Valley Ski resort. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 14. Convenient location to most SLT attractions. The views from the blaconies were picturesque. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. Plenty of dishes pans etc. Plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. Parking was easy for our four vehicles. Would suggest placing a keurig in the kitchen, but the coffee pot alone was just fine. Overall a great week in this house and we would definitely stay again
