Top notch location

Great location, short walk (even in ski boots) to the heavenly gondola and to the casinos right across state line. Ample room for 8 adults, very clean and full of whatever you may need for a long weekend

Spring skiing

We stayed in Tahoe Woods for a Spring Skiing trip. The house is within walking distance of the Heavenly gondola and the shopping center adjacent to Heavenly Village. Only a short drive to the Whole Foods down the street. The house is very large and has great amenities - can definitely fit 2 families with kids. Kitchen was very well stocked.

Walking distance to everything at Stateline

Property was just as described…roomy family area…sauna was an awesome bonus. Felt safe in the gated community and area was quiet and peaceful. A 7 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the Casinos. Would stay here again.

Great Stay!

This place is beautiful! We had an amazing week of Christmas in the snow! Wonderful location walk to Gondola- Heavenly Village restaurants, shopping. Plenty of space to spread out. We were 6 adults, an18yr old, 3 & 6 yr olds. Worked great for all of us. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great location, but needs some improvement

The location was great. We could walk to most places. The space/layout was great for our family. There was an ample amount of supplies provided, like toilet paper, soap, etc. It was also very clean. However, this property is run by a company, so you can tell it’s not well loved. The towels could use a trade out as they smelled musty, and you can tell they have been well used. The dryer was very loud when in use. Almost all the outlets in the bathrooms did not work. If they could just do some updates, it would be worth it. I definitely recommend staying here, just be aware that it’s run by a company, not the owners.

Great Condo and comfortable stay

This is a small gated village of condos. It's within walking distance to town. Also walking distance to the Edgewood Resort-which is awesome! Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable King bed. Very quiet neighbors and people in other condos. Nice little deck with barbecue... New owner, so rental agents were just setting up. We asked for some specifics and the rental agent and crew were fast and very helpful. If you plan on having the sauna, I am not sure-you will have to ask, as it was complicated to do electrical work. (They had to move sauna out into room to accomplish it.) I wasn't bothered, and the shower was great! All in all an excellent stay.

Great Location And Setup

The condo was perfect for our week long stay with five adults and five kids - we loved that the kids had their own space downstairs, so the adults we could still hang out and watch tv after bedtime. The location is great - close to the lake, shops, gondola, etc. The kids especially loved the sauna and bubble hockey! The only (minor) issue for us was that the main bedroom doesn’t have a door to the bathroom/shower, which meant no one could shower in there with someone else in the room, and the motion light was blinding at night and lit up the entire bedroom. That was a minor inconvenience, but just something to note. Overall, we had a really great stay and would rent again.

Great stay if you’re looking for easy walking and scooter ride options.

Only issue we had was the sauna not working and was unable to be repaired before our departure… We’d recommend this location to friends and location.

South Tahoe

Family vacation with 5 adults. Property is in a great location if you like to be within waking (or a scooter ride) from shops, restaurants and the Heavenly Village. Condo was very clean and in good shape. Plenty of space and in a quiet area. Kitchen is stocked with decent appliances, cookware, and eating ware. Would definitely stay again.
