Local Tip: You can’t get much closer to the Heavenly California Base Lodge which is located on Saddle Road and Wildwood Avenue. Right across from the Base Lodge parking lot is Himmel House which is a great restaurant for German Style food and beer. Nearby Ski Run Boulevard meets the lake at the other end of the street.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total. Parking for 1 car in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

The living room at Heavenly Mountain Gem is a great space for the family to gather. The large windows surrounding the living area let in incredible natural light. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, watch a movie on the HDTV, or play a game at the dining table all while enjoying the company of friends and family. Dining area is open to the living room and seats 6.

The chef of the group will love this fully stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large french door fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The forest views and skylights in this kitchen makes for such a pleasant work space.

After a long day out adventuring, take in the fresh mountain air and forested views while soaking in the private backyard hot tub.

The perfect basecamp isn’t complete without a comfy place to sleep and at Heavenly Mountain Gem you have 4 bedrooms to choose from. Bedrooms 1-3 are located on the 3rd floor and bedroom 4 is located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy the master ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
