Very Comfortable Apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location - about a mile from state line and all the restaurants, shopping, casinos but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Clean and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything worked , WiFi, TV. Comfortable bed. It was great to have a DVD player with some nice selections of movies. Some traffic noise,,,so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper or get a free App called "white noise" with a large selection. My favorite was called "Gentle Waterfall"...worked great! Underground garage parking was convenient...with easy elevator access to the 3 floors. Balcony view is of an adjacent building. RNR communication was great although signing contract was a long process but agent helped get me through it.

Over-Communication!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fine. But you should know, I was angry at you people before I walked in the door. Please! Please! Please! Stop with all the automated emails and texts. You literally drove me nuts. I just counted. Do you realize I received 27 communications from RNR? I felt completely bombarded. I would never rent another RNR property. And I’ll be encouraging anybody I know to avoid them also. Did you ever consider that some of us are on long vacations, with many, many bookings? If I received these many texts and emails from every place we are staying, my phone would become useless. You guys make me wish I’d gone to Motel 6. And no, I don’t want any more communication from you. PLEASE!

Great Location

Great location near Heavenly Ski Resort, village, casinos, restaurants and stores. Everything we needed was nearby. The unit was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Walls are thin and was noisy at times. However, overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The floors in our condo still had some stuff on them when we arrived and the rug in the living room had never been vacuumed or shook out. Otherwise though the condo was otherwise clean and in good condition. There was some trash on the beach, and sand around and in the pools that did not get cleaned up the week that we were there. Overall though it was an ok place to stay but could use some better HOA property maintenance

Great Location!

The place was clean and comfortable. The beach access was pretty cool. I thought parking would be an issue, but there were plenty of spots. There's a parking garage below the building which we found convenient. We had a really good time.
