We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property has a beautiful lake view, it's clean and everything is in a good condition. The only thing is that the heater was not on when we first checked in and there are no heat vents in the King bed room and the loft, so it got very cold in these two rooms the first night. Once the entire house was heated up, we had no issue afterwards. We loved the lake view, the hot tub and the convenience of the location. Great place to stay!

I have stayed in this unit several times over the past 20 years. Nice to see the flooring and the fireplace updated. The kitchen appliances are in much need of being updated. Same goes for the bedding and mattresses in the master bedroom.

The only good thing about this resort is the location and access to the private beach. It was beautiful. However, the condo was very run down, stained furniture, and dusty with someone else's towels hanging in the bathroom when we checked in. The slider on the main floor had no screen so you couldn't leave it open or hundreds of tiny bugs would come in, but it was very warm that week in Tahoe so our condo was extremely hot with no air flow (no other windows in the main room) - and no a/c. They did not tell us that there would be construction noise, which was awful right next to the beach, and all the pathways have deep, dangerous holes and are unsafe to walk on. The tennis court is padlocked shut with holes and weeds. The snack bar has ramen for lunch, and not much else. They discontinued the shuttle service to the Village. If this place was cheap it would be a great find, but for the high prices they charge, you could have a much nicer stay at a much nicer resort. I hope they fix the horrible state of disrepair at the resort so families can enjoy the beautiful location. The only reason for the 3 stars is the great location.
