This air-conditioned lakefront beauty offers stunning views & is near restaurants, wine bars, coffeeshops, Heavenly Mountain & Stateline casinos. With 4BD, a gourmet kitchen & a great room w/ vaulted ceilings, this airy home can accommodate a family of 10 (w/ children).

Please note: this home has stairs & no elevator access.

The location doesn’t get better. Walk to restaurants, wine bar, coffee shop & groceries. Heavenly Mountain, Stateline Casinos & golf are all less than 2 miles away. Just 17 miles to Sierra & 35 miles to Kirkwood.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 10 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.

When you enter the open-concept great room with its wall of windows to the water, you’ll know you picked the right place. Designed w/ socializing in mind, this room is perfect for relaxing by the fireplace, watching a movie on the big screen & cherishing quality time together.

The kitchen has everything you need from a wine fridge to two ovens. Stainless steel Viking Professional appliances & gorgeous granite countertops would satisfy any chef. The island has 3 barstools. Dining table for seats 8

If you prefer to dine al fresco, the 2nd floor deck, which spans the full length of the living room & indoor dining area, has a built-in gas BBQ & dining table for 6. The deck features a lounge area w/ seating for 4 & breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, perfectly framed by wooden log railings.

When it’s time to turn in for the night, your crew has options. Go ahead & claim the primary bedroom for yourself! It is located on the 3rd floor, w/ views of the lake from the sliding glass door to your private balcony. Mix a cocktail at the built-in wet bar, flip on the romantic fireplace & settle in. The private bath rivals a 5-star spa. Soak, steam & unwind.

BD2 on the 2nd floor has a king bed & directly connects to the hallway bath. BD3 on floor 2 is great for kids w/ 2 twin XL beds & ensuite bathroom. BD4 on floor 3 is light & spacious, w/ a comfy queen & ensuite bathroom.

Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle: pickup is at both the Beach Retreat next to Sierra Shores & at the Safeway Bus Stop.

Fantastic location in South Lake Tahoe. This particular property is located on the beautiful blue waters edge of south shore. The house had everything we wanted. We will for sure be booking our next trip to Lake Tahoe at this property. The management company, RNR, has great communication, they are available and helpful. This property made our stay that much more amazing !

This was a perfect vacation with a great view, perfect location, the only complaint was the queen bed our family members did not have a good nights sleep during their stay, other wise would definitely stay here again, thanks to RnR staff and especially Dan for all the helpfulness. Great staff.

This property worked so well for me and my family of adult children and babies. We played at the beach, swam in the lake every morning and had plenty of food options within walking distance. The house is very well stocked and spacious. And of course there is hiking, boating and shopping a short drive away.

The place was perfect for our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Great location with the ability to walk to most places. The a/c had a mind of its own. We never touched it and woke up one morning to 63 degrees. Also the blinds on the sliding doors did not go down. On the positive side, I could wake up and see the lake. :) Kind of wished the elevator and steam shower worked but we seemed to manage. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. Dan, the maintenance man was outstanding.

Family of 8 ages ranging from 20-59. The house was perfect for the size of our party, location, amenities. Very clean and check in/out process was effortless. We met Dan upon arriving and he was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We will return! *We were notified that the hot tub was being re-plastered the week before but would’ve been nice to know the pool wasn’t open yet.

We attended a wedding in South Lake Tahoe. Our party was immediate family. Six adults, one teenager, and two children. We all were highly pleased with this home. It was large, open, high quality, and in a beautiful location. Everyone wished we could have stayed longer, and they all want to return at some time in the future. The property manager was on-site and extremely friendly. We had a wonderful time and could not have been happier with this property.

This property was great for a week for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space and it's right on the water. You could walk to Safeway for groceries and plenty of good restaurants. The only real downside was the limited parking. I had a full size 4 door pickup and it could not fit in the garage of lot. We'd stay here again. Great location for time in South Lake. Thanks.

Loved the location right on Lake Tahoe. It was close to the hot air balloon boat and my husband’s fishing charter as well as Clearly Tahoe kayaking. We enjoyed doing all three activities. Beautiful home with lots of room to relax. Great to have a washer and dryer to use. We liked having a garage to park our car in. Two things: 1. The noise from the traffic was somewhat distracting as you sit outside with the incredible view. This is the trade off staying in South Lake Tahoe close to the restaurants, shops, and marina. 2. Hopefully, the jetted tub drain is now fixed as it did not have tight enough seal to hold any water in the tub. Hence, we were unable to use it. I highly recommend taking the hot air balloon flight as seeing Lake Tahoe from above was a once in a lifetime experience!

This home was even more elegant then it’s pictures! Perfect for a family get away. Off main drag so roads are always easily accessible. Had to reach out to management and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Views were breathtaking!! I’m hoping it’s available next year when we plan to visit.

Quality home that lived up to its reviews. Very close to everything but still offers up a sense of privacy. Very small garage for a large SUV. Pre-arrival instructions had the wrong garage codes but on call support helped me work through it. Some extra blankets would have been nice. All in all a great place on a beautiful Lake close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay here! There were a couple of hiccups but nothing that ruined our stay. The issues we had were addressed right away and maintenance was there in 30 minutes to fix them. The location is perfect and we really enjoyed all the amenities in the master bedroom/bathroom on the third floor. Private balcony, fireplace and sauna was definitely a plus! The location was perfect for the view and convenience of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again when the weather warms up.

We highly recommend this gorgeous lakefront property. It was just as described: clean, well-appointed, spectacular views with all amenities a family would want. Our family party consisted of two adults with three of their grown children and two young grandchildren. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and roomy; the kitchen and dining areas were large and well-stocked. There was plenty of room in the living area to hang out and for the little ones to play. The deck overlooking Lake Tahoe was lovely. During the days, we got in some skiing, snowboarding and sledding, while enjoying warm meals and down time in the evenings. There is limited parking at the unit, but this is managed nicely by parking up to two additional cars at the nearby Safeway. All-in-all, our family had a fabulous long weekend enjoying every bit of the property and Lake Tahoe area. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!
