"Hotels.com says that check in starts at noon And goes until any time. My flight landed at 9 pm and I arrived at 10 pm and no staff was around. Another guest had to give me the cellphone number of the manager to come and check me in. Then I found out that they “thought I wasn’t coming” and gave my room away. I booked a triple room but was given a tiny room the size of a closet. Someone with no reservation took my room. The manager said we could switch the next day but then did not switch us. The bed in my closet room felt like a box spring. It was like sleeping on a wooden table. My arm was in serious pain because of that. The shared bathrooms are very tight and hard to maneuver in and one ran out of toilet paper while the other one had a toilet clogged with feces. You can hear other guests through the walls and it smells like smoke. People loiter outside at all hours of the night. I booked a 3 nights but I left after 2 and stayed elsewhere "

"Disgusting ! I cannot believe the false advertising this property has. All these fake 10/10 reviews. Absolutely not. This place was disgusting dirty and just terrible. The walls were dirty the bathroom was dirty the sheets dirty . When I asked for an extra sheet because there wasn’t one on the bed he said Room has been clean I’m not giving you another sheet. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. 0/10 Do not recommend!!! The staff is RUDE ! I also asked for extra towels or wash cloths he said “This isn’t a Fancy motel only 2 towels per room and no extra stuff” I’m like okay then. Do not stay here I would’ve rather slept in my car then in that dirty motel ! "

"Nice experience, everyone helpful and firendly. Process of checking in worked well, excpet the first code didnt work. After aoncukting the support hotline eveything worked fine. The appartment was clean but small. The ac was a bit noisy but nothing too bad. Oberall good experience. Can recommend"

"There was everything there but wash rags for taking a shower. But besides that they had almost everything there. It was comfortable and nice to go somewhere besides a hotel room. We didn't use the washer and dryer cause we never really looked for where to plug the one in at. Or we would have washed everything before we left. We put some dish soap in there fir the next person. I left a half a gallon of milk cause I didn't want to waste it. Make sure you write down the code for the lock. Cause i couldn't find our messages and had the right numbers but in the wrong order to lock the key back up. But it's like a little apartment to stay in. They had t.v.s,fridge,stove,washer,dryer,2 bedroom,everything for you to stay but food. Which everyone doesn't eat the same things and should get their own food. I would recommend this to anyone. But the parking too is stated out back but it's actually by the apartments and out front. Not a bad price for all you get. I would stay there again and remember to write the code down. "
