“Staying at Upper Deck was seriously AMAZING! From the staff to the amenities, everything was great. My husband and I had a blast hanging out by the pool all day and ate wonderful dinners prepared by the bar chefs. We can’t wait to go back to SPI just to stay here again!”

“I will start with the good. Friendly staff, decent breakfast probably better than most I have had. Beds are comfy and room is clean with a walk in shower.”

“Towels were never available when me and my family needed them we kept being told housekeeping would bring them to us after they have been washed every single day we traveled 8 hrs and couldn’t never shower at the exact time we wanted. Also the hotel didn’t have face towels at all so we had to buy our own which is ridiculous never had to do this at any other hotel ever in my entire life. Also the power went out and smone alarm went off and no explanation was given for either one. The breakfast……

“First of all, in the promotion picture there is a nice swimming pool, it's a lie, there is no swimming pool, and on my stay I never got a cleaning service, I had to go to front desk because the phone in the room was not in service, their answer was that I have to let them know that I need that service per day (no one told me about it in the check in), then the rooms are very basics, the first day no soap, and the bathroom fan extractor was not working, I would give it motel category in……

“Pros: Great location near the beach, cute motel style, pet friendly, non- smoking with large penalty for violation, with a caveat. Very reasonably priced. Daily room cleaning without having to ask, quiet. Mini fridge and microwave. 24-hour office with parking lot cameras. Common conference area with coffee, tables, TV, mini store-I had a Zoom meeting there. A/C works great. Keys work without constant recharge. Changed WiFi code weekly. Staff and management are friendly and helpful. Cons; Two……

“The property was nice until we got into our room. The TV did not work correctly. The bathroom door looked like it had been in a flood and was almost molded and warped on the bottom. Long black hairs in the shower. Air conditioner was super loud. The Starbucks was never open when it was supposed to be. It was our first time in SPI....the island itself is beautiful but do not stay here. Spend your $$ elsewhere.”

“This Hotel is old … but NO excuse for Algie in the pool … had to ask for towels 4 times, could not find the luggage carts on exit, (only have two), room dirty! Plain and simply, this property should not be an option on your site!! I felt cheated and uncomfortable staying there even for one night!!”

“The apartment space was neatly cleaned, pet friendly. They provided a dog bed and a bowl for food and water. The pool was well kept, very clean. I would definitely rent it again if it’s available during our next trip.”
