Large 2 story home, 3 bedroom; 2.5 bath; spacious master bedroom with balcony; spacious living room; and large patio area with amenities for fishing; kayaking; and biking. Enjoy the relaxing backyard with comfortable patio furniture; and a great waterfront view. This house is located steps away from a common area pool, hot tub, playground, and a fishing pier. Very close proximity to the beach, biking trails, fishing parks, and boat/kayak launch pads. Just a 20 minute drive with mild traffic to South Padre Island, TX.

Great Family Time!
It was just a weekend but it felt like a month of relaxation...we enjoyed the view, seating outside for a coffee every morning, and a wine bottle at the end of the day! The proximity to the pool was great as well.

Great Winter Get Away
We spent three weeks at this property. The location is exellent. Overlooks the bay with an excellent view of South Padre Island. The house is in a gated community so there are no real concerns about safety. The location has access to most needs within a few miles. The quality and variety of food available was quite surprising. Restaurants are plentiful with good variety. We found plenty of activities with which to ccupy our time. Our only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be better provisioned. There was only 4 table settings. There is no broiler pan orcan opener. More food storage containers would be helpful. There is a Kurieg coffee maker but a good drip maker would be preferred for those who want to make multiple travel mugs to take with them or like to have their coffee ready first thing. Overall this property is good value. Thank you for a nice visit.

Great experience, great location
The location was perfect. The AC worked perfectly. The view was spectacular. Community pool was right next door. Neighbors were friendly. It had all the necessities we needed. It was just a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Several stores, restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again.
