"Awesome stay"

"Stay was great the room we had was dirty, puke on the wall by the bathroom trash. Curtain was falling, Stains and food stains in the counter. Comforter was stained. We didn’t bother complaining because we had already unpacked in 2 rooms and it was late. "

"Parking is free, check in was easy & they got us into our room early, sports book is great & staff was nice. Beautiful weather but unfortunately only 1 pool & hot tub open, no restaurants or bar was open at the pool, it was crazy packed. We also had an alarm on out TV go off at 3am which disrupted the night. Otherwise fun time. "

"Really nice, clean hotel located close to the airport. Parking is $11 a night, I may have overlooked that when booking the hotel. On the Tuesday (3/31) morning that I checked out I was running a bit late and missed breakfast but the young lady at the front desk went back to the kitchen and brought me a plate of eggs and sausage. That absolutely made my day."

"This is our favorite place to stay in Reno. Good location for any events you have, secure location, great lighting in parking areas, and they allow our dog. Staff is very friendly and helpful. "
