“Clean and good for solo travelers.”

“Everything was great at this hotel. Staff. Lounge area. Kitchen area. All great. Cannot comment on the included breakfast as we had an early flight and could not stay. The only problem was the room (no 102) which looked like it used to be a public area due to the emergency exit door and 3 exit lights on the ceiling. These lights made it appear like daylight 24/7. We didn’t even need to turn the actual room lights on. And why the emergency exit door? How is this safe in an actual emergency? So……

“步行十分鐘可到達Lavender地鐵，附近有兩所超市，分別Sheng Siong及Mustsafa方便買手信，鄰近共眾泳池，整潔度一般，床板不夠結實，轉身時發出聲音很煩人。”

“淋浴和洗手間各只有三間，髒，長期有螞蟻，偶有小蟑螂。廁所有異味。淋浴間的垃圾從不清理。床單有乾掉洗不掉的血跡。薄被不清洗。 公共空間越夜越吵鬧，凌晨仍大聲喧嘩。早上十點要退房，不是十一點。 入住期間跳電三次。職員服務態度差，愛理不理。 唯一優點是地理位置方便。 這次入住經驗完全影響旅遊心情，是住過的旅館中最差的一間。”

“When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which……
