Hoilday family stay

The house was in a grate location and easy to find your way around town but the property was dirty on arrival with the shower unclean floors were still dirty with sand and the house smelling like a old sock and the dish washer still full of unclean dishes from previous tenants once we rectified these issues the house was absolutely fantastic and will choose this property again

Great location

This house is in an excellent location to the beach and shopping precinct. Just a short stroll and your there. The house was beautifully decorated with comfy furniture. However, for us the cleanliness was lacking. After and 8 hour drive, Upon arrival I spent some time cleaning the house, for what the cleaners had missed. Other than this we had a great break away, and this house was an excellent choice, if only the place was cleaner.

Great location but cottage needs a bit of TLC. Dirty doors, lots of cobwebs, very old, stained and worn out lino and sticky door knobs in the kitchen. I have stayed in a lot of holiday rentals and many provide a few extras to get you started such as tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. Also while not essential it would be nice to see a few token things to make your stay more comfortable and the house more welcoming such as a couple of DVD's, board games or a variety of books, maybe a nice lamp in the lounge area. There was no extras at all. It felt a bit bare which is a shame. The front verandah only had 2 chairs for a house that can sleep 8 and no table to rest a cup of tea on. There isn't much yard so I wouldn't stay with children and the yeasts had a lot of cigarette buts and bottle tops in it.

beautiful House Wonderful memories made!

Wow we had such a beautiful long wk end! 3 Families with children all having separate areas and large living areas made our stay very comfortable. Very central to SWR centre of town making it a short stroll to horseshoe bay, a wonderful play park for the kids, fish and chip shop etc. Only a court yard at this place but the park is so close. Large Varander out the front was great to welcome the afternoon in whilst the kids played.
