Our second trip there and still incredible. There's nowhere that can beat the views, beach and food. It's nice that it's family owned and the owners are right there interacting with the guests. All of the staff was amazing!

The staff was pleasant , food was very good. The property needs a lot of work and updates to bring it back to its former self. The property has been sold and and it seems that much needed work is at a standstill.

The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay.

Pompano is a good value for a family. Beautiful but basic beach, pool, and hot tubs. Lobby, lounge/bar, game room, and gym were serviceable. The food was very good for the price of the meal plan. That said, there are some rough edges to the resort and many things need updating/repair. I would still recommend Pompano, especially for a family.

Wonderful! A family owned resort that not only has beautiful panoramic views but excels in making everyone feel welcomed. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Greeted by everyone with a smile and always took time to talk with all of the hotel guests. We were greeted by the resort owners, Larry and Tom upon our arrival with Larry providing us with a resort tour and history of this lovely multi generational resort. We met many guests who were repeat customers which says a lot about The Pompano Beach Resort. Our trip to Bermuda could not have been better.

Staff was wonderful. Food was pretty good. The resort needs a big renovation. Our air conditioner was spilling water onto our floor. There was some strange ceiling leak over the bed that every time it rained (always at night) we ended up with drops on our heads. Maintenance had no idea where it was coming from. The internet was spotty, which made it difficult to get work done. The view from our balcony was lovely.

All the locals we talk with recognized Pompano Beach Club as authentic Bermudian service with best beach on the island. The property and staff were wonderful. The property is classic and a little rustic. The property owners were Larry and Tom Lamb were very kind and customer focused. Cheers to PPBC!

Extremely friendly staff treat you like family. Most of the staff have been there for years and we were very impressed with the rooms and the amenities. We would definitely come back. This one is a hidden gem on the south end of the island. No need to dine out—get the meal package and spare yourself from Bermuda price$.
