“Property as advertised! The communication prior to the stay with the property management co was harder than it needed to be, but the owners themselves were very helpful and responsive (the management co only handles things up to a point). FYI it was plenty cool, but it is not central AC. Great to have a washer and dryer on site! The area got a bit parked up and busy because some neighbors took a bunch of people out on their boat from the same dock on a Sunday we were there. It wasn't a big deal……

“I was looking for a peaceful retreat and found it here. Cute cozy cottage with all the necessities and modern upgrades and a nice view of the lake. Jason was great at answering questions and making recommendations for the area to visit. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Oh and watch out for Big Foot. ”

“Organized a weekend getaway with friends here. Absolutely beautiful space—landscaping, decor, and interior were all pristine. We had 16 people in total and had no issues with space; everyone was comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central New England meeting spot. ”

“This is a fantastic little property. We stayed here to go to the Brimfield flea market and it was ridiculously close. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and it's got a beautiful view of the lake and a little dock that you can sit on and sip your wine. Gus was absolutely wonderful to work with and there were fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine when we walked in. As well as some nice little treats in the fridge for us. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ”

“Hosted a bachelorette trip at this property and it was fantastic. The kayaks and paddle boards provided plenty to do along with a firepit to sit around at night. The house was cozy with plenty of space to sleep 5. Had a great time! ”

“We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need.”
