“Checked in and confirmed we had a room with two beds and a sofa bed for 5 guests. The room didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed and only 3 towels for showering. Requested additional towels and wash cloths and bedding. 5 hours later they had not yet arrived. It was now 11:30pm. Went to the front desk requested again. 30 minutes later we were brought a blanket and 3 towels. We were told there are no wash cloths or sheets available.”
