Hot tub was not warm enough or bubbling. Tv was not working in the first room we were assigned. The room we got moved too was not to our standards. The floor was dirty with seeds and crumbs on the ground by the beds and the desk was sticky with syrup. The carpet was ugly and had stains. We were unhappy ...
