「Joel was great to deal with , very responsive. 3 roomy bedrooms and living area. I traveled with three teenage children and it was great that we were right downtown so they could wander around on their own and easily make it back! It can be noisy, but it certainly didn’t bother us especially with the air conditioning units running we really didn’t hear much, but you are very much in the middle of the action. I’ll come back 」

「This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. 「A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and found the lodging to be quite comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the full bathroom was spacious and clean. While we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed well stocked. The reclining chair and large screen TV with wrap around sound was nice to return to. 「Very clean. Quality linens and towels provided. Quiet neighborhood. Walked or biked everywhere we wanted to go. Property is as advertised - small but efficient use of space and perfect for our four night getaway for two people. 」

「Great location mid island, outdoor space was a really nice perk to the quaint room and bathroom was a good size. Loved having a fridge, microwave and TV for unwinding at the end of the day and the complimentary beach chairs were so great. Patricia is responsive and super helpful, we’ll definitely be back!! 」

「My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. 「This is a great property. Very relaxing, and has most everything needed. The location is great with easy access to all local stops in Brewster and beyond. Tom is a great host as well. I can't wait to get back there next year! 」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
