“We booked online and requested a ground floor room, due to not being able to do stairs. We were notified the next day that we would be given a ground floor room. It was great that they were aware of requests and so gracious in filling those requests.”

“酒店，应该讲系lodge，位置处于西黄石与杰克逊小镇中间到2个地方车程均需要1.5小时，房间硬件设施一般，第一晚睡得很好，第二晚就比较糟糕，因为楼上住人了，走动的声音非常的清晰，所以有可能的话请选择2楼的房间，早餐相对于其它住过的酒店就更一般了，品种少，没有水果。”

“The Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance is about an hour’s drive away, which is quite far. The breakfast was terrible, and the coffee was as weak as water. I don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews. On that day, the navigation couldn’t even find the location, and the reception kept telling us the wrong room, which was extremely frustrating.”
