“We all had a great time. My husband's three kids and their families joined us for his birthday. It was raining much of the time, so we didn't get to utilize the huge deck (and we only stayed one night). The house had plenty of room for all of us. It was nicely decorated and clean.”

“We've joined together for Thanksgiving for several years and this was by far the nicest place. My only complaint would be the ice maker didn't work. We hope to visit again!”

“Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.”

“Great view”

“The property is charming. The shower is a challenge, but fine once you get the hang of it. There are no night tables in the bedrooms so make sure you have long power cords for phone chargers, cpap machines, etc. The neighborhood is great. Highly recommend Geraldine’s for breakfast, just 2 blocks away”

“We needed to get away for a weekend reboot. I found this by chance and fell in love with the online pics. The stay was amazing. It was peaceful and relaxing. You feel at home there. The neighbor dogs are very friendly too. It was nice because we were missing our pups. We will definitely stay again and tell all our friends and family about this place. If your on the edge, dont hesitate! BOOK IT! You won't regret it!”

“Our group had a quick one night stay at John’s cabin and it was exactly what we needed. We spent most of the night out by the fire pit enjoying the outdoors and conversation around the fire. Also, our host Billie was the absolute best! We reached out about a couple things and she immediately responded and even dropped by some items for us. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well. Thank you so much Billie!”

“2 days of rest”

“I think this was our fourth stay at Cedar Lodge.....and we love coming back to it. It's our first choice when we are in the area and need a place to stay. We were in town for a family wedding. My husband, our three adult kids and one significant other all stayed a various number of days. The cabin was clean, has everything we needed, close to family and the venue and in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and beautiful. Owners are very responsive to any concerns or questions. Power went out……

“It was an adventure crossing the creek after a lot of rain, but we made it! There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The host was very attentive to our needs. Not every family member was prepared for the rusticness, but we had a great time nonetheless. The area is just gorgeous!”

“Everyone raved about how beautiful the home is! Plenty of room for our party. Having a full kitchen was great, as we had a couple meals there. Also used the grill and firepit. Such a great property. And added bonus was having the bridge within walking distance to enjoy and early morning 4mile walk :) Amy made everything so easy and was super responsive to messages. Thank you so much!!!”
