「EXPEDIA miss represented these cabins… Look at the company, upper canyon lodging website ahead of time. When booking through Expedia you don’t really know which cabin you’re going to get assigned to. Aside from that. These cabins definitely aren’t worth the money you’re going to pay for. You’ll get one towel, it’s pretty dirty. On the bright side, it’s in a great area, it has great amenities… I guess it’s cozy… it was great to take all my crap out of my truck from my long road trip and clean up...
「Rooms were buggy because you can turn off porch light and bugs congregate around and on door. When you open, room gets full.
Also, laundry wasn’t fully working, but it was free.
Staff was friendly and helpful.」
「I had to contact front staff due to issues with the next door room. We were asleep And we were woken up by banging, screaming. I called front desk to notify them and they stated they would take care of it, However this continued until 11. With paying $115 dollars to stay the night and rest after my husband having a procedure done at the hospital this isn't what we expect to have to deal with especially when we called staff about it.」
