About this space
This beautifully designed house is set in a great location in SouthChurch and near to Southend. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys. This home is very spacious as well as being extremely comfortable. Close to transport links, and free on street parking as well as having fast Wi-Fi

The space
On entering the house, and moving into the open plan lounge/dining area, you will realize the size of the home. very comfortable sofas and stylish dining table to enjoy. There is a large garden to relax in, especially in the warmer weather. The two main bedrooms upstairs are large and comfortable, and for larger groups, a bunk bed, and sofa bed are available.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cute, Clean and Comfortable

We absolutely loved staying in this house for a couple of days. Check-in was simple and clear. The place has modern fixtures and beautiful contemporary decor which I absolutely love. The location is quiet and we actually walked to the train station which made it easy for us to travel. We enjoyed our stay.
