「The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!」

「Not recommended! Incredibly noisy all night every night from unmannered guests, and dogs in the street. I didn't sleep and left early. Although the manager is nice, his management falls short. He does not manage the noise at night caused by other guests, and even one time on Wednesday at 3am some guests were making extreme noise on the roof I wrote him a message and when I went to the roof it turned out he was hanging out with the guests that were drinking a lot and later replied to my msg "it's...
