「Lovely house in serene countryside. It's some distance from Bilbao which was my target destination but the bus service was efficient and punctual. The one-mile walk from the property to the bus-stop was through an extremely peaceful woodland setting. Imanol was the perfect host.Assisted by Imanol's car I had no difficulty navigating the area & spending my evenings in friendly Gordexola so a hire car was not essential for me.」

「Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
