「Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom.」

「Staff was great. Pool was small but we used it anyway. Very clean throughout the hotel. Easy access to anything you wanted to do.」

「The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool」

「Bathroom was filthy and smelled like pee. Toilet seat was broken. Main reason we booked hotel was for pool and it was totally green and no body would get in it. Steps to get up to room were filthy also with cigarette buts everywhere. Didnt even stay because the room smelled so bad. Had my 12 year old daughter with us. She was scared and upset about pool and condition of room. Full refund would be nice. Pictures and reviews on your sight are for the Radisson that sits infront of derby hotel. 」
