「The property was overbooked so I never actually stayed there. I was forced to seek alternative accommodations in downtown Livingstone.」

「This property isnt as advertised unfortunately we couldnt even spend a night here after checking in we had to check out almost immediately and they refused to refund us our money despite not spending even one night at this property. All 6 days lost no refund. They inconvenienced us and we will never book them again neither can we advise anyone to do so. This is day light robbery 」

「このホテルは素晴らしいです！ 事前に予約をして、料金を払っているにもかかわらず、予約が取れていないと言われました。 系列ホテルがあるので、そっちを確認しろと言われ、わざわざ歩いて行きましたが、予約はないとのこと。結局最初に行ったホテルにて予約が取れていることが確認できました。 2時間も時間を無駄にさせられました。 掲載されている写真が誤っているので、注意が必要です。 室内について。 ゴキブリが数匹います。まるでサファリですね。 水についても注意が必要です。 突然水道が使えなくなり、清潔かわからないバケツにくまれた水を使用するように言われます。もちろんシャワーは浴びれません。 元々バケツが室内にあるので、水が止まることは頻繁なのだと考えられます。 ホテルの詳細には一切告知されていませんが。 予約の管理、掲載している写真、清潔感、水道トラブルなど、問題点が多すぎます。 絶対に再度宿泊することはないし、他の方も利用をお勧めしません。」

「First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by...

「Generally run down and simple lodge. The room was huge but just missing simple things (hangers for the cupboard for instance) or a kettle for drink. No fridge like in pictures No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room) Breakfast was poor」
