"This hotel seems to be a hidden little gem within Madrid. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms albeit it wasn’t the Ritz Carlton, it wasn’t a Motel 6 either. It was a pleasing stay. I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re traveling w family, this is the place. "

"Staff very courteous, room clean and quiet, rain shower is spectacular, and breakfast is delicious (one of the best I ever had). My only suggestion for future guests is not to rent a car if you’re going to visit Madrid. The streets are not easy to drive, you can end up with an accident or a fine and in this hotel the parking is very, very small, not suitable for vans or SUV’s."
