“We expected a beautiful spa like boutique experience and we were disappointed. The place sure is beautiful and the room looked amazing but there were some red flags. The spa was closed. Staff was not really helpful. The bathroom had a strange smell. The place is far from the main Bursa attractions so you will need a car.
