“3 persoons kamer was eigenlijk een tweepersoonskamer met extra matras op de grond. Daardoor was er bijna geen ruimte meer om de koffer ergens te plaatsen of je te bewegen in de kamer.”

“Many weeks/months of dust in the rooms, bedside tables and in the wardrobe. Bathroom sink blocked and stains on almost all the furniture. The breakfast was good but again all of the seating was soiled and felt very dirty. When we checked out the only person to take this complaint was the woman who was taking care of the breakfast and not one of the reception staff.”

“My husband and I booked a superior double room. The room was clean and large with a woody balcony. We enjoyed the atmosphere there. The staffs were all caring and willing to help. They prepared our breakfast for taking out at the date we checked out so that we could catch the ferry in the very early morning. That was very thankful. The hotel is in the walking distance to the port and to the city center. It is extremely convenience to connect with the ferry.”
