"This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area. Hotel offered me free room upgrade = thank you for the surprise and generosity !! I will definitely come back again !! "

The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. "Fantastic location minutes from the center and easy to get to. The breakfast was amazing and the staff super. We had the alpine view double and it was spacious and great view of the Matterhorn! Definitely would come back!"

"This is the best hotel accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything completely stress free. It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny. "
