"Charged twice…."

"The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again."

"Rooms dates, no safe and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. The breakfast was decent however the bananas were green and not edible. The shuttle to the airport was on time but it smelled like smoke. "

The location was perfect—close enough to downtown to explore restaurants, shops, and breweries, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing evenings. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and well-equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a true home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville!"
