"The front desk staff was so wonderful and the bartender Barbi up at the pool bar was a gem. All the staff was great. We loved the location near so many cool bars and the rooftop pool was a great little spot we stayed at for all of our down time when we werent at ACL. All in all it was a wonderful trip thanks to the Omni and its excellent staff."

"Great room with lots of space. Loved the self parking option; it's a gated garage so your car feels secure. Our two recommendations are to drop the multi-digit code for the door, elevator, garage, etc. If this were a key card, it would save a ton of time and frustration. The other one is to tweak the front desk. It's two small desks where you sit down to check in- it feels odd; it should be a counter, which naturally makes the transactions that happen there faster. The ladies were nice, but need a little more polish and professionalism. Other than this, it was a good stay."

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back!"
