「Cheap everything in kitchen, furniture, dirty carpets, no housekeeping, had to buy TPaper. Maintenance was who we to for help. Hot tub was green. Rude 1 front desk person who never could help with anything. 🙁. No beach was available, busy restaurant next door with carts bringing supplies back and forth late into evening and early early morning. 😞」

All beach supplies provided as well which was amazing! Newly remodeled but a few things I would suggest to make it even better. Our faucet was very loose in the kitchen. The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room.  The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch.  The TV only offered four English stations.  The refigure door would not remain closed.  Very little shower water pressure.  It is possible that other rooms are better and don't have these issues, but I will not rebook.  」

「We loved our stay at Gull Wing as a family of 5. Choosing between the beach and the pool was the hardest part of our day! The room was huge and we loved being able to cook for ourselves throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. "I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel."
