「We enjoyed our stay. The only problems were the unresponsive tv system. It was sketchy at best. The other problem we had was ants crawling on the tables. Really? After watching the tV on my laptop via my Youtube account, and smashing the ants, the shower was great, the breakfast was great, and it was very comfortable and quiet.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.」
