“We truly enjoyed our week at Chad’s place. Chad was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions very promptly. He provided us with a list with suggestions on places to eat and go prior to our arrival as well as a host of information in the condo. The condo is as beautiful in person as the pictures. “The location of this property was great. The shoreline was 10-15 yards from our patio. The beach is stony and was best if I wore water shoes. The swimming pool was good, but we used it only once as beaches were so accessible. We had a rental car, which was needed for us to get around and to explore the island. “The property is clean with NO pest. Very spacious and a washer and dryer has been added since our last stay. We had a issue with the water cistern and the owner resolved the issue immediately. The location is perfect for our mid island business activities. A grocery store, restaurant, gas station, laundry services, and other retail stores are within minutes from the property. The location is also isolated and very private.”

Porch was heavenly in mornings and evenings, comfortable bed, high speed internet. We tried to make sure that a day didn't go by without us walking the grounds to Sugar Mill and to beach. “I just stayed for a week in this adorable condo! Nykole is the absolute sweetest - she surprised me with a birthday gift and cake! The condo had everything I needed and was just a few minute drive away from a grocery store and gas station. Location was great for everything I had planned to do! I took advantage of the onsite pool a few times and I had it all to myself! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!”

“If the photos of the place look good to you then you will love this place. If you own a pair of Birkenstocks and enjoy seeing hummingbirds you will have a great visit. Had a great time at the Inn and went snorkeling right at the bottom of the driveway. We had a room with no AC and just listened to the wildlife all night. Wonderful!”

“Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,……

“Perfect spot for a quick getaway. The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful especially while we enjoyed breakfast on our patio. Snorkeling off the beach was excellent. We saw sea turtles, sting rays and even an octopus! They even have spare flippers and snorkel equipment at no extra cost. The hotel next door has a restaurant making dinner easy and convenient if you don’t want to head into town or cook. Can’t wait to visit again! ”

“Hotel exterior and tropical gardens are beautifully maintained. Rooms are somewhat dated. A small but nice sandy beach with excellent facilities and staff service. Restaurant food is disappointing unless you are satisfied with fast food.”
