“The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! The management even brought in a mattress pad when the bed was a little……

“My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this cute, well-appointed, well-looked-after, and well-stocked apartment. Our on-property host, Carmen, was attentive and caring (but not obtrusive), sharing some picked-off-the-tree bananas with us, as well as letting us know about a serious (but soon canceled) weather alert. Her two dogs were happy hanging out on her front porch, not bothering us (the people who prefer cats to dogs!) or barking at us. We did have some trouble finding the……

“Nice clean house with a lot of room for everyone. Host was very accommodating with early church in and late check out to match our flight schedule. Bonnie if you like dogs let her know so she can let her sweet pup brownie come out to play in the huge back yard. ”

“Host was responsive. Gave us a discount on our stay since we stayed 13 days. Amenities were okay. Would have loved air conditioning throughout the entire house, but understand the culture isn’t like that on St Croix. ”

“This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in this small (18 units) complex called Harbour Beach Village. It is a second floor corner unit and without a doubt the best one we've stayed in. We are booked again in 2026. The 4 stars for cleanliness were because we observed several areas that could have been cleaned better. We provided feedback to the Host, Theo and he was glad to receive the information. The pictures on the HBV website definitely convey the interior of the unit.”

“Parts of the home seemed like they were recently updated, other parts no so much. The back door to the pool was busted and took a FORCE to open, a true pain when trying to keep bugs out and enjoy the pool. Home is close to the west side beaches. The home itself is a very bare bones stay. A few old pans with no teflon left on them and very bare bones utensils we had to buy a new pan just to cook. If you plan on staying you will have to provide about everything . Not even comfortable seating……

“Spaciousness and the view”

“We love the place, we have stayed on property several times and this was our 4th condo and it was by far the best one. Loved being up on the 3rd floor and having an amazing view. Everything was well done. Keep in mind you are staying in the Caribbean so salt water tends to wear on things. Internet can be spotty but we're not there for that, water access and snorkeling is some of the best on the island and the pier is within walking distance. Will stay again. ”

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way. The service was……

“Beautiful location with great views from every room, and nice common areas, including tiki bar, pool, sandy beach. Some supplies & amenities could be improved but such is island life. The staff were very kind & helpful. The restaurant food was great but could improve their plating, speed, and availability of items (they were out of a lot). Overall it was an excellent value & fairly convenient location to venture around the island from.”

“This place was great. The staff was amazing. Bartenders were awesome. Great to chat to shout out to Paula, Jerome, and Angie for some good times great conversation and awesome drinks. The staff was awesome as well, very accommodating to whatever we may have wanted the one downside I would say was there was no dresser in our room, but we did have a closet and picked up a lot of hangers to use instead. Would definitely be coming back again love this place.”

“Great stay! No-frills hotel, but room was spacious with a nice balcony with an ocean view. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff was great. There is a breakfast place in the courtyard which was convenient. This hotel is across the street from the water in the heart of Frederiksted. This is not a swimming beach area, but more accessible beaches are nearby. Frederiksted is a cool town that is recovering from the last hurricane so there is a lot of work yet to be done, but we love that……
