「This home was actually part of what I would call a duplex. It was not a problem, just surprised me upon arrival. We had internet problems for the first 2 days/nights, but our host worked diligently to get it fixed. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of the floors. There was a provision to not wear shoes in the house which I found odd, but adhered to. The bottoms of my socks were really dirty after walking around in them. 「Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. 「Beautiful property and lovely backyard. The Riverwalk was perfect for our 2 pups and the host was very quick to respond and very nice. Would definitely stay again.」

「This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer.」

「The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.」

「after we booked this property, we were told it wasn’t available. we were giving something off the books but the same owner. last house on the left(right). neighborhood was scary, house was scary, not clean! gecko poop all over the place!!!!!!!! the entire place was wooded and lots of rotting wood. the bathroom/laundry was once a front porch and the shower had a window that was not covered by anything so anyone could have seen in. will never use this vrbo again.」
