“Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“Es ist ein kleineres Haus älterer Bauart, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Sehr gute Lage - alles schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wohngegend. Buchungsabwicklung absolut problemlos und seriös. Das Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte in größerem Umfang ersetzt werden (Master-Bad, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Türen Einbauschränke ...). Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz auf einem aktuellen Stand (z.B. gibt……

“Great location with easy access to bean point (best beach on Anna Maria), pine street restaurants/shops. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable! The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, and sand toys. We would definitely rebook here when we visit next year.”

“We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed……

“Loved the canal front property, the privacy of the house with the pool, the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness of the property management staff. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the property was charging us for electricity. We didn't notice it in the listing (may have missed it) but saw it in the communication when the property details were sent to us. This is the first time we've had to pay this but have heard from other vacation home owners that many renters are……

“This was our second stay at the house, last one being Oct. 2020. Pool and hot tub were great. House was very clean. Everything in description was very accurate. 2 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and nice size cooler for the beach. Great house and location..!!!”

“Great location Had all amenities needed( host even provided a turkey pan). Would definitely go back. Beds a little noisy box springs. Kitchen trash can a little small to accommodate large group. Also would of been nice to have broom available”

“I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. Management was very attentive to the situation and wanted to rectify the situation. There was a bit of confusion on……

“We had eight couples that stayed here for a long weekend. We were visiting our mother for her 88th birthday and Mother’s Day. We cooked all meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful experience.”
