"The $35 parking fee was not listed before reserving the hotel room,. It was not until the day of check-in that I received the message about the parking fee. The $50 reserve on my card has still not been released days later, but the room decent. The only con for the room would have to be the AC not cooling like it should have been."

"We were in Houston for a special gala event there at The Royal Sonesta at Loop 610 S. and Lynn Lane, and only for one night. From the moment we arrived, until our departure the next morning, we were delighted with all aspects of the facility, especially the staff. We will stay with them again if and when the opportunity arises."
