Wohnung u. Anlage:Die Anlage erreicht man über einen etwa 1km langen Schotterweg, der von einer Landstraße abzweigt. Ein Parkplatz ist gestrichen und es sind mehrere Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos, der Verwalter, der auch Deutsch spricht, wartet bereits auf uns. Wir hatten die große Wohnung im 1.OG, die sechs Betten und 2 Bäder hat. Der kleinere Bad War Leader nutzt es nicht, dort konnte man nicht aufrecht stehen und die Ausstattung dieses Bades gehört in allen Belangen erneuert (einfach alt und in schlechtem Zustand). Das Zweite Bad war ok. Die Küche ist geräumig mit einer Eckbank und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küchenzeile ist alt, extrem abgenutzt und gehört dringend ausgetauscht. Die Ausstattung der Küche reicht in keiner Form aus um dort für 6 Personen zu kochen. Töpfe u. Pfannen sehr alt und von billigster Qualität. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Matratzen waren in Zwei Zimmern ok, in einem nicht. Den Flachbildfernseher haben wir nicht genutzt, es gibt allerhand nur über 120 italienische Programme. Die Wohnanlage wird selbst vom Verwalter gepflegt und man fühlt sich, der in einer kleinen Dorfstraße in der Toskana. Der Pool ist super sauber gelegen mit sehr guten Liegen. Wir konnten ihn die meiste Zeit für uns alleine nutzen. Die Schwächen der Wohnung, die Leader beachtlich sind, hat dies aufwegen, sodass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. niedrig u. Umgebung: Von Cetinale aus, ist Siena sehr gut zu erreichen. Man braucht etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Viele andere Orte sind ebenfalls im Umkreis von 30 - 80km Entfernung zu erreichen. Wir haben u.a. noch Lucca, Pisa, Parco, der Castelvecchio, San Gimignano überwacht. Hunde: Diese sind in der Anlage willkommen, die Gebühr wird dafür von der Kaution weggenommen. In der Toskana kann man sehr gut Urlaub mit Hund machen. Wir waren in Marina die Grossetto an einem Hundestrand. Dieser war wirklich perfekt. Absolute Empfehlung. Fazit: Wir
