「 Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais...

「I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .」

「Professional efficient friendly staff. The rainforest atrium is exceptional. The food was delicious. The public train & bus and the free hotel shuttle schedule were frequent and mostly on time. 」

「We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Good River. Great value for a 4 night stay including breakfast which offered a great selection of options. Staff were helpful and well organised at getting lots of people seated quickly. Loved how near the park we were and enjoyed the pool too. 」
