"The kitchen was perfectly set up with everything you could need for cooking while on vacation. Tracey even has basics on hand so you can have an easy meal upon arrival…this was super handy as we arrived after stores had closed. The shops are about a 10 min golf cart ride away but I knew this heading in and put solitude as a priority over convenience. There is a cute little beach a 1 min golf cart ride away from the house. Was great for our kids to snorkel and kept them busy for many days. The house is super cute and has lots of space for a large family. We’re a family of 4 and we brought friends along and still left a room untouched. Very thoughtful and thorough host! Thanks Tracey!"

"The photos on the website do not reflect the current condition of the property. It is quite outdated and needs attention. The room’s kitchen is mediocre at best. The hotel lounge is dark and uninviting with only four stools. The room decks or patios offer no view, inhibited by a five-foot lattice fence. Appreciated the simple breakfast each morning. Don’t be lured in by the use of “charming” to describe the inn. This is a bare bones experience in a tired space. "

"I can’t say enough good things about This Is It. It’s a gorgeous set up. You feel like you have your own private beach. Super clean, comfortable. Everything you need. Gail is an exceptional host. She took care of us the from the start of our trip to the very end. The only bad thing I would say is we didn’t stay long enough lol. We will definitely be back! Thank you Gail!! I miss you already. "April and Ty are truly incredible hosts. From the communication prior to our stay to being greeted by their dedicated cab driver at the airport to the little details throughout, it’s a joy to stay in one of their properties. The proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world really sets this property apart. Spanish Wells is an amazing island filled with wonderful people. While the house had all the amenities we needed, we certainly found ways to enjoy the rest of the island as well. From eating at Wreckers to shopping in the school art gallery, we were greeted with friendly people who treated us with kindness. I can’t recommend Paradise Found enough. But make sure you also take a boat trip with Ty or Kayson or go reef fishing with Capt Rubin! The kids and adults both loved every minute. "

"Apartment was fully equipped, neat and clean and comfortable. Conveniently located off the main street, and right near a beautiful pretty much empty white sand beach, just as advertised! Beach toys and chairs were provided - nice. Golf cart was great - right at the dock on our arrival. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. A great value for the price!"
