"There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even with air conditioning on and set on a low temperature, it was just tolerable. Nighttime temp was to be 25 degrees is why it was on heat. I did report it the evening I arrived and then upon checkout. Hotel was sold out so unable to move and no other hotels close by. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is convenient to the hospital. "

"Our stay was a threepete! We've loved staying here over the past few years, and this stay was awesome! Our host thought of some very nice touches, chips, candy basket, wine, water, plenty of Kurig Pods for everyone! We appreciate that this place is pet friendly, so we could bring them with us on our weekend. Check in/Check out processes were clear and easy. We had significant winds during the weekend, and Mark kept in touch with us checking in and letting us know what to do if we lost power. Appreciated that! Will return again!"

"Great House. The view from the kitchen and front porch was amazing. 1st floor space is great for hanging out and even though it was cold and snowy we were able to use the fire pit. "

"Was a great couple months during winter. Had what we needed. Was cozy and the wildlife around was great to watch daily. Would book again. On negative temperature nights it got a little chilly but was sufficient. Driveway during snow was tough but all in all very happy with Eagles Peak Cottage!!"

"We liked the open space but some things were unacceptable, like mattresses, and curling rugs, broken dish washer. The felt on the pool table was ripped. The owner would surely like to know these things need addressed."
