「This hotel was clean and convenient. But the customer service is next level. I would especially like to acknowledge Dawn, who went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget her kindness. I was staying at Reson in Spencer while taking care of a family member in the local hospital. 「We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. We booked very last minute because of a storm and flat tire and our only option was a smoking room. It was actually fresher than some nonsmoking hotels. Staff was friendly, easy check-in and convenient parking. 」
