“This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend.”

“We had an absolute blast at Piney Knob cabin! The location was perfect. It was secluded and quiet and very peaceful. Even got some fishing done! The cabin was super clean and nice! Easy check in and check out process! We will definitely be returning in the future!”

“My husband and I took a quick trip to Lake Lure, and this cabin was exactly what we were looking for. We loved everything about it. The hot tub was wonderful, and we loved hoe secluded we felt while still being close to everything we wanted to do. Erika was very communicative and we had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend, and we will definitely come back.”

“The lake view from this property was breathtaking. Just the view is worth staying here. We take an annual family vacation every year. We do quite a bit of cooking and eating while we are on our trips. This place was very well stocked. This was the first place that we have stayed that had Tupperware for us to use. There were a lot of little things like q-tips and soaps in the bathrooms to laundry baskets. It really came with everything. We were very impressed. It was very close to Chimney Rock……

“Overall, nice cabin. Back deck had a few boards that felt spongy when stepped on. Fridge/freezer stank, couldn't put any food in them. Tub had a white substance in it, ran water but didn't get in, water was milky with what looked like calcium from the jets. I really wanted to use it, was main reason I picked this cabin. Bed was amazing.”

“Small details make for the best stay! From plenty of towels (bath and hot tub) to two luggage racks for each room along with new pots, pans, etc - this house made us feel like we were at home. The property manager responded quickly about the few items we needed help with (hot tub temp, garage bags, etc.) Plus provided suggestions of things to do in NC in the springtime. Our family had wonderful nights at fire pit and hot tub overlooking the valley. Would highly recommend!”

“Nice little home. Our kids enjoyed the game room and climbing up into the loft for bedtime. The fire pit was great. The property was clean and location was close to the lake and a 10 minute drive to chimney rock. We had a great time.”
