Welcome to Split, a 1700 years old town and the center of Dalmatia!

Apartment is located in part of the old town of Split in which you can feel old Split and Dalmatia way of life.

Beautiful antique apartment in center with terrace & sea view. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and TV in booth rooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and big terrace with sitting area. Apartment in uniquely decorated with mix of Split tradition and modernism. Also view from the terrace offers great view on old town, Diocletian palace and sea.

Beaches and town center are on 5 minutes of walking so you won't need a car.

Great location

Close to palace and sea. Close to beaches. Clean. Communication was easy and helpful with owner. Kitchen looked amazing but we didn’t use. The patio had a nice view. Disappointed in how worn out it felt inside. Worn out hand towels and no toiletries. Hot with only one air conditioner that could not keep up so bedrooms were hot.

Split apartment

Luka was amazing to deal with, answered all questions quickly. The apartment was just as described, but careful getting the Uber to get there to either drop off or pick up, however Luka helped us out with that as well. It is on the hill, so be prepared to walk up! Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Split

I liked the look of this property online and wasn't disappointed when we saw it in real life - quirky decor with a character all of its own. Plenty of space and the added bonus of a lovely terrace to sit back and enjoy the sun and the views down to the sea. Comfortable and clean accommodation and everything that you need to make your stay like a home from home. Easy walk into town or to the beach and loads of shopping opportunities. We had a wonderful time exploring Split from our base. Highly recommend.

Excellent historic apartment in the centre of Split

Clean and tidy apartment with a lot of character. The two bedrooms were very large as was the kitchen and dining area. We really enjoyed the outside space which had views over the harbour and both a dining table with chairs and outdoor seating with a coffee table. The location was great with a choice of two supermarkets a two minute walk and the old town a 5 minute walk away. There are numerous beaches and swimming locations with great rocks to jump off into the sea all within walking distance. A great apartment if you want the benefits of living in a city but also want beaches and swimming. Highly recommended. Thanks Marin and Luka.

Great apartment, great location!

We loved our stay! Luka was great and available for any questions we had. He helped arrange a van for us to and from Split airport. We loved The balcony and sea view! Just a short walk to everything, palace, market, restaurants, yummy bakeries!

Exceptional location, nice place.

Easy to work with. Luka arranged transportation for us as we arrived late. The apartment has air conditioning which was great. The location is amazing. A short stroll to the old city. Easy in, easy out. There is a nice view from the balcony. On Sunday night, there was a fireworks show in the bay/marina. The balcony allowed for a perfect viewing location. Beds were comfortable and both rooms provided televisions with cable. This is a must stay. I will check with this property first if ever in split again. Five star stay.
