Casa Dvornik

Casa Dvornik is situated in center of Split only a 10 minute walk to the Riva and the Old Town. Since 1930 the house is owned by Dvornik family. In 2023 the house was completely renovated with carefully selected details. In the front of the house there is the garden with many plants that the family has been tending for years. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee with the chirping of birds or have lunch in the shade of the grape-vine pergola. During hot summer days you can refresh and relax in the small pool/jacuzzi within the garden.

The house is in a convenient location - less than 1 minute walk to the bakery, 2 minutes walk to the market and supermarket, 5 minutes walk to large Lidl supermarket, 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach or 5 minutes by Uber to other beaches.
Besides public parking of 10 EUR per day, it is easy to find a free parking in the street.
